At Jojo’s Scrubs, your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of the delivery date
  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The item has all original tags and packaging intact
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Custom or personalised orders (e.g. embroidered name tags or logos)
  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Email us at info@jojoscrubs.co.ke or WhatsApp us on +254 790 035 018
  3. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  4. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  5. Pack the item securely and return it to our address: IBEA Building, 1st Floor Shop 08, Moi Avenue, Nairobi (next to Tembo Coop House)
Please Note: Do not return any item without first contacting us. Unrequested returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a fault on our part (wrong item, defective product), Jojo’s Scrubs will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect size ordered, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return. Jojo’s Scrubs is not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, contact us at info@jojoscrubs.co.ke or +254 790 035 018 within 7 days of delivery.

If the replacement item has a different price, we will either charge or refund the difference accordingly.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome within 2 business days.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible (e.g. M-Pesa reversal or bank transfer).
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

8. Bulk and Institutional Orders

Returns on bulk orders (hospitals, clinics, schools, or organisations) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly at info@jojoscrubs.co.ke before returning any bulk order items.
