1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EAT are typically processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM EAT or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp once your order is placed, and a dispatch notification when it leaves our store.
2. Delivery Areas
We deliver to the following areas:
- Nairobi CBD and Nairobi Suburbs — Standard same-day or next-day delivery available
- Greater Nairobi Metropolitan Area — Including Kiambu, Machakos, Kajiado, and surrounding areas
- Nationwide Kenya — Delivery to all major towns and counties across Kenya via courier partners

4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
- We offer free delivery within Nairobi CBD on orders above a minimum order value (displayed at checkout).
- Nationwide courier fees are charged at standard courier rates and will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.
5. Pickup Option
You are welcome to collect your order in person from our store at no delivery charge:

6. Order Tracking

7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout.
- Our courier or delivery team will attempt to contact you before delivery.
- If delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, your order may be returned to our store. Re-delivery charges may apply.
- Jojo’s Scrubs is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
8. Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the damaged packaging and items and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@jojoscrubs.co.ke or +254 790 035 018. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
